Client Relations Representative - Anaheim, CA

We are currently looking for a Client Relations Representative to join our dynamic  team. Major duties include scheduling client health exams via telephone; maintaining correct databases regarding clients, employees and clinic information; interfacing between labs and clinics for supplies and results; reporting work clearances and troubleshooting client concerns.  This position is an integral part of our organization in that there is a large amount of front line client contact.

Qualified candidates will have high school degree or equivalent. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Pleasant phone manner is required.  Must have good customer service skills. Must be able to work well under pressure meeting multiple and sometime competing deadlines.  Must be detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.  Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office programs.  Data entry experience a plus.  Previous customer service experience via telephone a plus.



Data Entry Clerk - Anaheim, CA

We are currently looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join our team. Duties include but are not limited to, recording of lab work and medical exam components of client files; meeting company and client deadlines; tracking of missing medical exam components with clinics and laboratories; data entry of medical exam components into database(s); preparation of employee file for letter and physician review. Clerical functions include faxing, sending out and logging of medical tests.
 
Qualified candidates must have high school degree or equivalent. Must be able to work well under pressure to meet goals and deadlines. Attention to detail is a must. Should demonstrate professionalism in interactions with co-workers, physicians, clinics and laboratory personnel. Must have demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of patient records. Must have good oral, written and computer skills. Previous data entry experience a plus. Knowledge of medical terminology a plus.



Programmer, Level I - Anaheim, CA

We are currently looking for a Programmer, Level I, to join our Medical Surveillance department. This position will be responsible for providing programming support under the direction of the VP of Information Technology and/or Business Analyst. Major duties include implementing error free application software updates/fixes, performing Quality Assurance testing, maintaining assigned application at or above performance level, providing fixes and patches, coordinating with end-users, vendors and consultants. This position is expected to adhere to IT Department policies, procedures and standards including, but not limited to, change control, documentation, testing and performance.

Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or have a Technical certificate. Additional appropriate education or work experience may be substituted. Applicant must be competent in the Windows operating system environment; must be familiar with programming languages including Classic ASP, VB6, C#, ASP.NET, HTML and Javascipt; Must have knowledge of MS SQL Server 2005, with extensive knowledge of Structured Query Language and relational databases such as, but not limited to, Access and SQL server; Knowledge of off-the-shelf software for office productivity, such as, but not limited to, Microsoft Office applications, Macromedia applications and Adobe programs. Candidate must have a strong customer focus and a demonstrated ability to work within a team of service-oriented individuals. 

 

Reporting Analyst – Anaheim, CA

We are currently looking for a Reporting Analyst to join our team. Major duties and responsibilities inlcude determining what data is necessary to produce relevant reports; Cleaning data as necessary; Producing reports; Developing and maintaining documentation of methodology, reporting process and queries; Interpreting results into recommendations; Applying business knowledge and technical expertise to solve business problems and develop data-driven solutions to meet business requirements.

Qualifications candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Information Science, Actuarial Science, or related field.  Minimum 2 years experience preferred in data analysis. Strong PC skills (including Excel, Access, SQL, other reporting database management systems). Proven ability to develop quality and ad hoc reports and analyses with minimal direction.  Advanced analytic skills and ability to translate data to business contexts.  Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing to all levels of the organization. Ability to manage multiple requests in a deadline-driven environment.  Background in insurance, regulatory reporting, or health care data analysis field desirable.



Registered Nurse - Boron, CA 
 
We are currently looking for a Registered Nurse to work at a client site in Boron, California. This position will provide care and first aid to injured/ill employees at the on-site clinic. Download patient records into database. Maintain database for the stop smoking program, the fatigue management program, monthly updates, obesity management program and for the ergonomics program. Responsible for Hepatitis, Flu and all Vaccine Program management. Communicate with physician/medical director regarding employee updates. Perform First Aid/CPR/AED Training for MSHA refresher for Boron Operations. Provide education to employees on risk reduction strategies. Assists with employee new hire exams, medical surveillance exams and exit exams. 

Qualified candidates will be licensed in the state of California. With 2-3 years experience in an occupational health setting. Current BLS and ACLS certification. Requires ability to work independently.  Must possess decision making skills based on strong professional and clinical judgment.  Must be service-oriented and possess strong written and oral communications skills.  Must have excellent listening skills.



Physician – Green Valley, AZ
We are currently looking for a board-certified Physician to join our client site in Green Valley, AZ. This part time per diem position is needed in the clinic one day a week. Major duties include providing hands-on medical consultation and expertise for clinic staff on occupational health matters, including medical surveillance, OSHA-required examinations, work-related injury/illness management, fitness-for-duty evaluations, reproductive health hazard evaluations, impaired employees, urgent care cases and emergencies as per client contracts and in compliance with all government regulations at on-site client locations at least every other week or as needed; May supervise Physician’s Assistant and Medical Assistant to assure compliance of all applicable regulations. If Applicable instruct, direct, oversee, and check the above referenced clinicians in their respective duties; Review and evaluate patient services provided by the Physician’s Assistant preferably within 48 hours (but not more than 7 days) from information in patient charts or records. Review may either be in person or by telecommunication.
 
Qualified candidate must be a graduate of an accredited medical school. At least three years of post-residency clinical experience. Experience in an occupational healthcare, primary care, urgent care or emergency room setting. Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Arizona. Must be Board Certified in Occupational Medicine, Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Primary Care or Emergency Medicine or Board Eligible in aforementioned practice areas. If Board Eligible, must take certification exam within twelve months of date of hire. Must have current state and federal DEA certification. Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers is required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required. Knowledge of Internet software, Spreadsheet and Word Processing software.



Physician's Assistant – Green Valley, AZ
We are currently looking for a Full Time Physician’s Assistant to join our client site in Green Valley, AZ. Major duties include On-site Occupational Medicine Clinic management, including but not limited to: Patient care and treatment for occupational injuries/illnesses, regulatory exam testing, personnel recruitment and training, protocol writing and implementation, and developing and implementing health/wellness promotion strategies; Coordinating employee health screening and surveillance programs including new hire, fit-for-duty, return-to-work, medical surveillance, exit exams and substance of abuse screenings; Maintaining employee health records and databases whilst following all HIPAA laws and regulations; Reviewing work related injury and illness management protocols annually and performing effective case management follow-up for injuries, illnesses and absences; Providing counseling, ergonomic evaluations, first-aid, medical treatment and appropriate follow up to occupationally ill/injured workers; Creating, updating and maintaining programs for AED, Medical Surveillance, Hearing Conservation, Wellness, Ergonomics and any other program client implements; Developing and maintaining good relationships with clients, medical and safety personnel, WorkCare supervisors; Maintaining frequent communication with Medical Director and WorkCare Supervisor regarding all clinic issues and client requests, and providing timely and accurate reporting. Under the supervision of the Director of Onsite Clinic Operations and the Medical Director, this position is in charge of operations at our client’s on-site clinic; Provides supervision to other onsite medical department staff; Provides health care services to patients, and as needed to support medical and safety efforts at site; Provides leadership, direction and coordination of all clinical activities to ensure comprehensive delivery of services and quality patient care; Cooperates with management in the direction of all center activities to ensure accomplishment of all center objectives; Evaluates medical procedures and everyday situations and suggests ways to improve delivery of service and profitability.

Qualified candidate must have a PA-C License. Unrestricted AZ Physician Assistant license. Certified by NCCPA. Current DEA license. Current ACLS/BLS certification. 2 years of PA experience preferred. Must be able to demonstrate the ability of maintaining privacy and confidentiality; critical thinking skills; make independent decisions in accordance to company policy and procedures; and take initiative on issues that arise daily; Able to manage multiple priorities. Must have the ability to maintain a professional approach with others in job-demanding, multitasking and/or project support situations; ability to create and edit written materials; ability to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences; the skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities; the ability to gather data, compile information and prepare reports. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.



Medical Assistant/X-Ray Technician – Green Valley, AZ
We are currently looking for a Full TimeMedical Assistant/X-Ray Technician to join our client site in Green Valley, AZ. Major duties include assisting with clinical procedures and physical examinations such as Preplacement, Fire Brigade, DOT, Respiratory Evaluations, and Fitness for Duty; Performing diagnostic testing such as vital signs, EKG, audiogram, pulmonary function test, vision acuity, and respirator fit testing; Performing Wellness Examinations and counseling; Performing laboratory duties, such as phlebotomy, urinalysis, cholesterol and blood glucose testing, and immunization; Administering first-aid and medical treatment; Performing x-ray and patient care activities under the supervision of the Physician; Performing sterilization and calibrating medical equipment at appropriate interval; Assisting with administrative duties, being the first contact to schedule appointments, coordinate patient care, directing calls and taking messages; Entering and editing patient information; Creating and maintaining charts for employees; Filing, making stock copies of forms, processing invoices, and maintaining the department email. Ordering and maintaining supplies and equipment; Assisting with Fire Brigade and Resp/Audiometric Evaluation Program by coordinating with WorkCare South in scheduling out-of-state preplacement physical; Assisting in coordinating third-party appointment and acquiring test results such as x-rays and stress test; Assisting in managing worker’s comp case management program by providing incident form and DWC-1 to employees, scheduling appointments for follow-up and to third-party providers, entering date into the OHM system and updating Occupational Medical Status Sheet. This position is primarily responsible for managing Absence Management Program by updating Non-occupational Medical Status Sheet, reviewing and processing RTW clearances, assisting in Fitness-for-duty evaluations and communication with HR, supervisors and H&S regarding work, medical certifications and absence status; Managing the Health and Fitness Incentive Program by processing Health Risk Assessment scantrons, updating the Wellness spreadsheet, administering the wellness exams and counseling and corresponding with the employees for testing and follow-up.

Qualified candidate must havecompleted the MA program through accredited educational institution. Current x-ray certification for AZ required. Upkeep of CMA (Certified Medical Assistant) required. Six months of experience in a medical practice setting required; one year preferred. First-Aid and CPR certification. Spirometry Test and Respiratory Surveillance Training Program. Occupational Hearing Conservationist. Respiratory Protection and Fit Testing. Must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public. Customer focus, accuracy, attention to detail, strong communication skills – verbal and written and deadline focus. 

 

Onsite Registered Nurse - Adger, AL 

We are currently looking for a Registered Nurse to work at a client site in Adger, Alabama.  This position will provide onsite treatment and management of injuries and minimize the need for off-site medical treatment.  This position will give onsite care, first aid and follow up to occupationally injured/ill workers.  This will include ongoing communication with the treating physician regarding employee clinical status and will maintain a medical record database and provide reports to management as applicable.  The onsite nurse will also maintain OSHA records as applicable., may perform medical testing including but limited to drug screening, hearing tests, respirator fit tests and medical evaluations, and ay perform First Aid, CPR, AED and other training as necessary.
 
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree in nursing with 3-5 years experience in occupational medicine at an onsite program.  Must have current license as a registered nurse in the state of Alabama.  Requires ability to work independently.  Must possess decision making skills based on strong professional and clinical judgment.  Must be service-oriented and possess strong written and oral communications skills.  Must have excellent listening skills.
